Model 300 – 15′ OSP Special
Standard Features
All steel construction from 3” x 5” x .180 rectangular tubing with 4 cross members.
Working steel platform area ¾” x #10 steel expanded metal and .125 aluminum tread plate for traction, stability and cleanliness.
Full 12ga steel fenders covered with aluminum tread plate. A large hide-a-way steel access step is provided in the left rear corner of the trailer for additional easy work platform access.
Built in rear boxes with 12v deep cycle battery with 110v charger and 100’ remote hardwire cord storage. Master switch and power on lamp located outside of battery box.
A full front large capacity tool box with an aluminum tread plate top surface area to allow robot access into the tube will be provided with ramps. Stainless steel ramp holders and a special canvas suspension device will also be provided.
Axle: Dual Torflex axles to meet 12,000 GVW. Electric brakes on both axles for increased stopping power.
Tube is made from double wall 5/8” special high grade steel with full bottom and open top. Outside chamber is 42” OD and inside chamber is 34”. Inner chamber has elliptical design allowing no square corners for greater capacity. Welded steel handrail around the outside of the chamber for additional technician safety.
Hoist is a fold-a –way elbow action with 360 degree swivel base, snap lock pulleys and electric cable winch with 50’ of cable. Includes pendant station with 100’ of hardwired operation cord.
16” 10 ply radial tires and 8 holy heavy duty steel wheels. Spare tire of the same mounted out of the way in tongue a-frame.
Hitch comes standard with 2 5/16” adjustable height ball coupler with jack stand. Pintle eye option available by request.
Electrical-D.O.T. compliant with LED clearance and stop/turn lights.
Hurd’s trailers are powder coated in customer choice of color. (Metallic is not available).
